This website is designed to provide information about tile and flooring services and to let homeowners contact us for estimate requests. We do not operate customer accounts, online checkout, payment processing, advertising profiles, or a customer marketing database through this website.

LineCraft does not use a separate customer portal, CRM database, advertising database, or data brokerage system for website inquiries. Email communications and form submissions may remain available long enough to respond to your request and manage normal project communication. We aim to keep only what is reasonably needed for communication, scheduling, estimates, or legal/business record purposes.

We use reasonable care to limit the information we request and to use it only for responding to inquiries. No email or internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your project request.
